By the time we get to play a game mate, it'll be at least 2 weeks since my previous game...I'm away again next week and possibly the week or 3 after that! Meaning I'll be restricted to when Cindy is working on the weekends to play PS3.
Hope so mate, i'd hate to go out in a blow out. Hopefully i can get used to them quickly as i havn't played with them in a few weeks. Completely different team to my Grizzlies and i always struggle switching from team to team.
Come on you East slackers get your game on so we can get cracking!

Hahaha i've got a month of rust on you so you don't have to worry about that, check my first game against the Suns. Couldn't hit a thing, my jumpers were all missing even Durant couldn't hit driving to the basket

Vivo hammered me at my home court to put it 2-1 in his favour, his style of play mixed with the talent that the celtics have gives me no hope, i try to play his game but cant keep up haha. But good game, nice and competitive makes it more fun.
And should be able to get a game on tomorrow, id say my last for season 1 :s

Might try and get Season 3 opened today so that teams can start filling it up. I've had plenty of feedback from my group pm's.
Just to double check that everyone is happy with the settings here is what is proposed. Any objections or suggestions please voice your opinion asap:
30 Team Fantasy Draft League
40 Game Season
8 Minute Quarters
All-Star Difficulty
Default Sliders
Playoff Bracket 5-7-7-7? (or do we want 7-7-7-7 as per NBA?)
Flexible scheduling
Injuries and Trading On
As it is a fantasy draft and the actual teams that you get have little impact, the invites will all be sent out at once and it will be first in best dressed in regards to picking your teams.
Get back to me with any feedback.

Happy to be a mod again, even though I';ve been useless this past month and will likely be useless for the next month too...but after that I'll be back to normal!

Yep, originally it was 5-7-7 as per the poll we had on the league website. Now that we are experiencing the playoffs in S1 and can see that all series have been competitive in the 1st round i think 7 is the way to go.

Definitely a good call. Not too fussed about S1 playoffs outcome for me, as it's a small league and my first online league.
But 7-7-7 just sounds better for S3 and even S2, just makes things more exciting. Also means guys who don't win it all can still have an awesome time playing in the playoffs.

Not that I have experienced or expect to make the playoffs but I do think a 7 game series in every round would be the way to go...
Damn the Eastern Conference in S2 is packed full of good players. I thought a .500 season would get me into the playoffs but looks like that's not gonna happen.

I must admit I kind that kind of amusing.
I deliberately chose the Western Conference to avoid the likes of Vivo and Digeze come playoff time, but Kagmagik has emerged as a very good player with a very good team (CP3, Granger & Oden). Arzbar is still a threat after being on a rough patch lately.
HiHoSylvia started off hot and has been a bit lukewarm since but is still very good and Swizzcheese on a massive run lately!
It's ironic though as the Western Conference may end up being a harder road for me to attempt to take come playoff time.
While the East has Vivo (the best record in the game), the West has the other top four records (Nenjabin, Swish, Ben-Portsie & me) in the league to round out the top 5.
Big_Tee and Ranga are also very dangerous!

well i was 15 and 1 with james, then i was 4and 9 with dwill BUT JAMES IS BACK!!
hopefully that will turn my luck around
also noticed i could still get 2nd seed my pf and pa is betetr than kat so hopefully i can keep that
