Had a game against Orlando....no team in the league at the moment that i wanted to beat more

Tied at the hlaf but pretty much traded baskets most of the game. I did limit some of Roses minutes by getting him into foul trouble but that just made the cheese switch from Rose to Maggette. 4th Quarter and i D'd up and frustrated him with some good interior defense. Pulled away and then to add icing on the cake i took a charge on Rose in the last minute to get him fouled out of the game

Yeah good work with gettin him in foul trouble thats what i tried, works well too!

Nice game mate just checking it out then. He won't play me lol

I thought about what you said and I knew I couldn't miss out on the fun.

But on a serious note, just gonna be in this one for the fun of it - definitely won't have the time to be running off 3-4 games on days like I was when I was on holidays.

If I can't fit in all 5 games unfortunately maybe 1 will have to be simmed. Just go with the flow, but make sure my priorities are right.

Also Howey: Sorry man Dalembert isn't up for trade unless you make a package including Curry. Which I know you won't be up for.

To others I'm open for trades. I'm willing to listen to anything on any of my players.

I'm looking for an athletic big who is at least 6'10" if not taller to back-up my frontcourt. also looking for an athletic wing to solidify my depth.

haha yeah its a bit like that. Hopefully i can get a quick feel for these new guys as from first thoughts they are a little slow.

Yeah I looked at Lee in the draft but went for the quicker McCants...whom I now traded Haha it was all a burst in the 2nd that did it, otherwise very tight. Pietrus was great, Daye and Lee solid, And Harden as per usual!

Not sure i made the right decision trading Hinrich though. I just cant get a feel for Miller atm. Saying that it took me a few games to get used to Hinrich aswell, they aren't no Westbrook thats for sure

Nah he's not a FA cause I drafted him Now he's on the Tornto team Offer him a trade! I wouldn't have minded keeping him, but Bogut! Had to take that chance. Now nothing really to trade for him.

Dude, Bogut is a beast inside! There was nothing i could do to try and stop him in the first couple of 1/4's.
I realised a little into the 3rd what i needed to do to stop him though

Yeah he's great down low! I stopped going to him though so dunno if you worked out how to stop him of not personally but I'll take your word for it. I'm not a huge big man user, but I can learn!

I waived Johnson from that trade right away and signed Devin Brown cause he has range and is actually much better on D and rebounding than McCants. Unfortunately he's 70 for speed compared to 84, but eh, he'll bd good I believe Got range, which I like, and the D boost is always good for me

Yeah i love the long shot myself, never been one for inside shots but having some of the big's i do now i have to move some plays inside to make the most of them.

Haha I'm just as happy to have Gortat on the court! That guy moves awesomely! Though I'll admit I was jumping for the block alof more that I might usually. Actually got called for a few fouls that I don't think I have seen called before! Not too worried though. Like I said, and like you, I'm not a heavy inside user. Nene was very offensive, yet averaged 5ppg And yeah, love the jumpsuit. Always been a jumpshooter and always will be! Only just learning to dunk now!

LMK if you're on again later mate we'll have another play around, i enjoy playing you as you quickly find the holes in my game and punish me for it. Gives me something to work on

hey guys, wow it's been a long time since I've been on these boards i see it has been over a year :v:
Reading back over the past pages i see the legendary Jimbo has retaken the Utah slot so i guess i will have to wait patiently on the standby list if there is such a thing.
Nenjabin or Ben if i remember correctly! Good to see you've stuck here and 10,000 + posts is a rather impressive feat. I suppose your just itching for round 1 to start like myself and put our poor showing in the NAB behind us
Wona is back this week too which should be interesting
I'll stop their before i completely hijack the thread with demons optimism and i'll be sure to keep tabs on the league and see if any spots become available.

Yeah I'll need to get a hang of Bogie and Brown too Not so much find holes, as I'm happy to rotate to the open man. I have no preference for who to shoot with, just know what my guys can do so if I get a look I like, I take it

Ben speaks the truth. I was looking at the rosters and considering waiting it out and seeing if an availability on a different team opened up.

Two solid wins today, one against the Miami Heat. They executed great in the first half but I pulled away in the second. Then a great game against Verse, he's really improved and I felt at times he would pull away and that would be the game. Fortunately my guys stuck it out and Rudy Gay had a monstrous throw-down off a pick'n'roll screen to push the lead to 8 with less than 2 minutes remaining, which just about did it.

I'm really keen to get my hands on Chase Budinger or Dahntay Jones (Thunder and Pacers, I think) - so if those users see this let me know what you want for them.

I've got a bunch of back-up perimeter players, e.g. Bellinelli, Stevenson & Thornton, but I'm not sure which one will be a mainstay for me.

CDR is great though, a lot better player than I thought he was.

Yeah you smashed me with Gay and CDR cutting through my D and throwing them down. Great game though and was in it till the last couple then as usual go off the wire and blow my chances. Ahh well hopefully by Season 3 i'll be able to keep up with you guys.
