No the $600 is the normal price for Premium Accounts.
From memory; If you mention you and OCT Member you automaticly get a Premium Account when you join and this the Premium Prices

THE ADDRESS IS IN A REMOTE AREA AND DELIVERIES ARE NOT MADE DAILY
