Still sealed
30 packs, 11 cards per pack

-Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me starter decks-
Opened (all packs inside sealed)
Contains 11 out of 12 starter decks
60 cards per deck

-Batman Returns boosters (O-Pee-Chee)-
Opened (all packs inside sealed)
Contains 30 out of 36 booster packs
5 cards per pack + 1 insert card in every pack

Please note the box/wrappers do have foreign language aswell as English, but all cards are in English

-Batman Returns boosters (Topps)-
Opened (all packs inside sealed)
Contains 29 out of 36 booster packs
8 cards per pack + 1 Batman Returns Stadium Club Card in every pack

-Operation Desert Shield boosters-
Opened (all packs inside sealed)
Contains 35 out of 36 booster packs
12 cards per pack
As you can see in the photo, the top of the box has become detached

Have you got an example of what the Austin Powers cards look like?

Also are there any differences between the Starter and Boosters other that amount of cards per pack?

I'm not sure if they starter decks all contain the same cards as each other, only opened one of them.
As for differences between the boosters and decks, apart from the number of cards, the only difference I know of is that in the complete set.. like 6 of the cards in the set can only be found in starter decks (the reason why I opened one)
