Upperdeck MVP 2008-2009 Break

Bought a sealed box of upperdeck MVP 2008-2009 the other day. Opened the packs up and got completely nothing. Says on average there should be 1 signed card/memorablia card. Didnt get anything decent at all. To top it off, i only got 23 packs in the box. Shouldnt it be 24? Sigh to the max! What should I do? Should i complain to upperdeck?

For sure, you should call Upper Deck. Don't throw away the box or the receipt.

No receipt coz i paid cash at a market. Still have the box but. I emailed them already, but no replies.

Where did u get the box? And was it wrapped in upper deck wrapping? Did you ever sense anything dodgy with the box while you were opening it?

I once saw something dodgy when i went to buy from Malcolm @ dandy markets, there was an open box of bowman elevation and the last pack that was left had clearly been opened before and re-sealed at the top and bottom of the pack.

thats where i got my from as well
but the box had upperdeck sealed wrap around it... so i dont think he opened it... unless he resealed that too..... mmmmm..... having doubts now.....

it does say "on average" but send them an email they may just send you something or maybe even some free packs, you never know... its worth an email i guess

Sounds way too dodgy with a pack missing - I fond it hard to believe UD would be releasing boxes with 23 packs.

I think your problem lies at the market and not with UD...
