Last but not least! Love this card

I'd hope it was less than $50US. Anywhere around half that is a fair deal imo but I wouldn't bother getting the Dawkins graded unless you must have it graded for your pc, it would cost more than the card is worth unless it gets a psa 10.

I know the card is only worth a dollar but I want to see what the condition really is for my own concious.

That Erving books for 55$ and the 70-71 triple books for 25$ so I thought it was a sweet deal and I just love the old cards.

The Erving is part of the all star set and even the set of 20+ cards isn't worth $55.

Book price for vintage is condition sensitive so you have to also deduct the condtion of the card when taking into account the BV not that BV means anything anway. A few dings and card values can mean 10-20% of bv and a crease makes a card practically worthless if its not rare vintage.

I'm not bagging on ya mail day mate but just trying to help when valuing vintage cards etc etc

Well I guess I looked at another Erving with the same number (#1) from the same year? Anyway, I still love them and to me a card is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for them.

Naa no offense. No worries. Thanks for the information!

The Birds' are absolutely perfect IMO. The others I know are damaged especially the Walton. The 70-71 topps card at the end is actually very sharp too, not creased or dinged anywhere.

lovely looking vintage cards mate... and yeh chad does know a bit about that stuff

Thanks!! Yeah, I figured by the way he jumped in there;) I was looking in the wrong place in the beckett for the DR. J. It seems that one is the same number as the 1983 base Dr. J SP. CHAD!:worthy:
