An unexpected move from Newcastle to United, Michael owen has signed wih united with a 2 year contract. Over at Real Madrid, they have signed another player Benzema and about to sign Ribery, both players Man United were targetting in the transfer season have or about to settle in a Real. After Ronaldo, Kaka, Benzeam plus Ribery Real Madrid would have already spent over 300 million australian dollars on new players. Crazy. Back at United it is quiet, Fergie was expected to spend big but so far has only bought 2 players, Valencia and Owen to fill the gaps left by Ronaldo and Tevez.

glory glory man united. Hopefully we pick up Cassillas because they reckon Van der Sar has one season left. At one stage when Man U lost Tevez and Ronaldo i was singing- Gory Gory man United, Gory Man United but now we can stick the l in it cos we back on track with the signing of valencia and Owen.

How will u feel when he pulls his groin in the 2nd training run and is out for 3 mths.
Owen is a spent force and won't last the season without getting hurt.....I'd still be worried if I were u....I'm an unabashed City fan and think this offseason is gonna be huge for a lot of teams...SAF has missed out on a lot of players he wanted. I know Owen can finish, but he'll break for sure, especially with the amount of games MU play...
