hey guys, i just need a bit of advice. i just won 6 cards on ebay BIN, and the is refusing to complete the sale as he says they were supposed to be starting bids, not BIN prices. he went through ebay to cancel the sale and i declined, but now he has complained to customer support and says they are not for sale. do i have nay chance of getting these cards, and what should i do from my end to try and make sure the sale goes ahead.
any thoughts or info would be appreciated, cheers.

normlly i would, but at least one of the cards i have been chasing for ages. i don't think i should miss out due to his mistake

hmmm
tough call
you would think he would have noticed when he actually checked the for sale item after listing it.
still, u might just have to let it go.
he can always say yeah ill post em, never does, and says they got lost in the mail

i have considered that he might do that, but i can make a mess of his 100% feedback if he suddenly gets 6 negatives. he says his wife made the listings and did it by mistake.
i have contacted ebay, and hopefully they can be of some help. i may just let the others go and make a deal on the 1 card that i really want, but i don't really want to do that

If you got them dirt cheap and have been chasing them for ages you can probly see that he has made a mistake.
Maybe tell him to do you a deal on the cards and free post or something.

yeah, i understand he made a mistake but i am just not willing to let this card go because of that. i asked if we could work something out, but he has not replied.

bartlett immortal foil sig is the one i'm chasing, but it was the whole set i actually bought

i dunno, maybe i am being too precious about the whole thing

Sounds like an honest mistake :) maybe ask him how much it will cost to get them rather than relisting. Good luck with it all champ !

You're going to have to let this one go I'm afraid....at least you know who's got the card...and you risk never getting it if you upset him too much.

Ask the seller to join here and do the deal thru here...no fees to worry about!!

thanks to everyone who gave me advice on this dilemma...i ended up working something out with the seller, and picked up the card i needed for $10 dlv reg!
