as i am a young bloke- i don't have much old stuff but i've got a full-size bat signed by Ricky Ponting, about 12 mini bats signed by State Players- complete WA, QLD and SA playing squads and some bats signed by members of the Australian Squad, South African, Indian, New Zealand and English squads. Got a new autograph book signed by state players including Magoffin, Ronchi and Pomersbach- also international players and ex icluding Steyn, Krejza, Siddle, Gilchrist, Langer and also Wa great Ryan Campbell

Anyway the signed Ponting bat is a Kahuna Magic from a few years back. Does anyone know/ or will sell a replica ashes urn and warnie doll to me?

my mate- who is younger than me!- has the ultimate collection. He has over 20 signed mini bats from state players and international players, about 10 signed cricket balls including Lillee, Lee, Clark, McGrath, Johnson and warnie! Along with other state stars such as Magoffin and Noffke. A signed Dennis Lillee ashes urn, 3 signed photos of himself with Warnie, Gilchrist and Ponting and stacks of signed autograph books and the like!

Lucky Bugger!!!!!!

Oh yeh, i forgot to add that i've got a signed Autograph sheet from the 82/83 series against Pakistan- the complete Australian squad inc Chappell and Hughes.

Wasn't going to post, too much in awe, but I haven't shared this stuff with anyone yet so I decided too post

From left too right:
Qld Bulls 2007-08 Squad (inc Symonds, Hayden, Johnson, Noffke ect)
Various 08-09 CA Contracted players
Various 08-09 CA Contracted players (inc Ponting)
Leahman, Holdsworth, Kaspa, Lewis from the ACA Legends match

Personally Signed books (inc Symonds ball right in the corner )

Watson signed mini bat (he's one of my favourite players)

Most of the rest of my memorabilia collection. Cricket wise there is a Matt Hayden bat, McGrath signed ball, Hussey mini bat, Dean Jones mini bat.

All my stuff has been signed in person, nothing off eBay.

Where do you guys get all your stuff signed? My wife goes to book signings, but how do you find out about other stuff?

Allan Border oval when they are due to play a game at the gabba.

I found this out last year. Also the Gabba they have a training sometimes and there are nets outside that you can wait by...

I see you collect footy signed as well. Head to a broncos training camp at red hill, or down to carrara for a titans one... I know its a bit of work but you get to meet them and take photos as well

I've decided not to get anymore signed balls, the sigs don't come up too well. Trying to convince the ms that jersey are the best (apart from initial cost!)

Three bats are from the 30's

a Gunn and Moore
a Wisden and
a Gray Nicholls
and a famous 60's Australian Crockett signed by Norm O'Neill

all are in pretty good nick considering their age oh and i made the cases too
