Looks like it. Whether it was him or not. But he doesn't say it's a 1/1 anywhere. He even says "Serial Number: N/A" and states clearly that it is a custom made card. Yes it's fake, but the seller acknowledges that.

I think it would be authentic as an in person sig.
Many of the NBA players are signed to UD for contracts (Eg - Lebron), and they have still signed in person, i dont see any reason that it would be a fake.

looks legit to me, like Ben said, think the scanner didn't pick up the patch very well. Other than that, it's from a Nets jersey and looks right to me.
