Why have you re-started this sale thread, it is basically identical to the last one you started. And if you are still unwilling to send first, then you simply are not permitted to sell through Ozcardtrader.

Please don't start multiple threads with the same basic content, you can bump your sale threads at appropriate intervals if you need to.
