due to a few injuries, Chris Snelling has been called up from AAA to the Phillies. He played on Monday, popping out, but should see some more time in the next few weeks while Shane Victorino is on the DL

yeah it is confirmed on baseball almanac, and wikipedia...
wikipedia says "Christopher Doyle Snelling (born December 3, 1981 in North Miami, Florida) is a Major League Baseball outfielder for the Philadelphia Phillies. Though he was born in the United States; he grew up in Australia and is considered a native Aussie."
