Express Post is the economical next business day delivery service for letters, documents and parcels. Next business day delivery is guaranteed* to all street addresses and post office boxes within the Express Post Next Business Day Network, if posted on a business day Monday to Friday in accordance with conditions set out on Express Post items.

Western Sydney to Homebush is hardly a long distance for an item to travel

it is dissappointing as you paid for the express post service and it's taking longer than normal post. I did post it on the Thursday as i indicated. Why should we pay extra for express when we don't get the service?
