Can try your luck with QA at Topps, but you need to send the wrappers and the box that it came out from plus a receipt would be handy. I've heard one or two instances where Upper Deck will give some sort of compensation, i.e. a card or unopened box and it doesn't hurt to try, at worst, you lose some money on postage.
