Silly question perhaps....why is the stamp on 2003-04 Flair Final Edition Autograph Collection Black MP Mickael Pietrus/17 on the right, while all the other variants the stamp is on the left?

I'm absolutely certain that the Blue ones are harder to find than the reds.

I've only ever seen 1 Blue Devin Harris. I have 2 Reds, and have seen about 2 others.

Not sure where the rest rank in which one is more rarer, but the Blue is at the top.

The rarest are the stars and stripes /10, but not all players in the set have a stars and stripes. So your Blue version my be the rarest.
They look like this
