i play poker with a friend it is so fun the first night i went i made it to the second last table out of 10 my friend made it to the final table and won

I play and have won 7 winners chips...and finished 11th in state finals last time round.

Jodie and I both play a bit here in Brisbane. I have won 7 times and Jodie 3 but Jodie is a better player in the bigger tournies, Jodie came second recently at a regional for a TOC ticket.

I used to play all the time, no i'll play once every couple of weeks. I used to play 3 different venues once upon a time. A couple of seasons ago i was region leader and was leader at all 3 venues in the 1 season but i never have any luck in the big tourneys. Last big tourney i played i had pocket aces first hand and hit an ace on the flop and someone pushed me all in and they ended up with a royal flush, i almost pooped my pants...lol Still great fun to play.

Damn, that is one bad beat! Have to be really happy holding 3 aces on the flop...I guess he must have had at least four of his Royal flush at that stage as well.

yeah they did, but still to risk all your chips first hand chasing..lol Well i guess it worked and half of poker is having the balls to push your chips in so good on him i say.

Oh man, been dealing poker at Crown in Melbourne for 2 years, I wish I had a nickel for every badbeat story i hear. Like the poker gurus say: 90% of the players are muppets contributing to your bankroll.
