m4x77 sent me 2 boxes of cards ohn Tuesday but I have not recieved them yet. What should I do?
btw I am referrering to auspost

Express is not guaranteed next day delivery unless you're sending from certain postcodes or sending to certain postcodes (like metro areas).

Parcels also have a different delivery schedule to normal mail.

If you dont get it by tmr, ask Max for the express envelope ID number.

From my experiences, Express from Perth is only really worth using if you are posting the item in the CBD. Otherwise you may aswell not bother IMO.

I'm in the same boat, damn australia post. Max sent my boxes 7 or 8 days ago and i'm getting real worried. I contacted austalia post and they had no record of the tracking number even being posted. I trust max and he showed me the tracking number sticker from my package but still nothing. I rang ozpost today and they said it hadnt even reached melbourne yet and even thought it was express and has the tracking number they cant track it. So i ask whats the point in a tracking number if they cant do anything with it?
