I see Essendon are paying $1.61 to beat Carlton this weekend. This is exceptional considering that Carlton really dont want to win another game for the rest of the year...

The top three in races 3 & 4 should run the trif or take 1,2,3 / 1,2,3 / field in both and youll be safe.
Race 6 Quin Apache Cat & Pompeii Ruler ( i know shoes will get on me but i think they are both better than marasco). At $7.50 im gonna back pompeii ruler instead of the cat.
The Quaddie will pay a million bucks , so ill have a crack at that as well.
In teh Footy i like Melbourne, Fremantle, Geelong over 39 1/2 in a treble.

Apache Cat and marasco seems a stand out quinella , I dont really like horses first up at 1400m although P.Ruler is a great horse maybe 1 or 2 more runs for him to hit top gear, although if he won it wouldnt totally shock me... but I think Apache will be winning this under a huge Hold.
and no.4 diplomatic force will be winning race 3 and no.9 Bel Mer will win race 4 ..but agree with ya top 3 to fill the placings in both races so maybe race 3 (1,2,3,4) and race 4 (1,2,3,9). and agree with ya footy except that collingwood will smash melb tonight, neitz's 300th will mean nothing compared to mick malthouse's father dying during the week...pies will be breathing Fire hotter than even a demon could handle
P.S dead end I have 2 barrier trial horses running this weekend one on saturday up the bush and one on monday both are first up and should win if you want a heads up on them send me a PM and I'll fire off both the names....just dont tell to many ppl dont want my price smashed.

Damn the Three Legged Quaddie. I had Universal Queen one-out in the Last Leg of the Quaddie and was looking good but she got nabbed by Storm Signal and finished 2nd. It would have paid a nice dividend with Blessed winning the Fist Leg for me at $22.00. There's always next week.
Did any Apache Cat punters back Bon Hoffa in the 7th Race. He paid about $6.50 the win but he should have started Odds-On favourite, considering only a few runs ago he placed twice behind Apache Cat.

If Stanzout had won it would have been a perfect day but I backed it each way so got my $50 back on him anyway...
but $500 on apache to collect $1050...I'll take that anyday, just remember a short price winner is better than a longshot loser!

I buy best bets....and was dissapointed with forensics and murt but I was very happy with camarillas return she has come back HUGE and will need alot more racing she made steady ground along the fence but was never pushed right out (watchin the replay now actually) I still think camarilla can win or run huge in the cox plate at $51-1 especially with the like of Marasco ect probably now set to take a different path through the mile championship.
