MJ Entenmann's

Now I am not sure on year either 87/88 or 88/89.
I have tried to find info and a pic on this card.
I could only come up with info on card, I am unable to get a pic of both years to determine which one this is.
If anyone knows which one this is please let me know.

oh my god, Bob Cousy card.. it's so sweet..

love the Riley, Adelman series, grades are spectacular....

it's really hard to see stuff like these.. thanks for sharing

WOW...you certainly are building an impressive collection!!

I believe the Entenmann's is the 1988/89. The set is listed in the Beckett annual as 1988/89 Bulls Entenmann's. The complete set was given to fans attending a specific Bulls home game during the 1988/89 season.
The set contains 12 cards (BV$75). The Jordan has a BV of $45.
My Beckett has a pic of the 87/88 Jordan performing a reverse dunk. (It has a BV of $60)

Great to see the older cards. All the players giving a great smile unlike some of todays players.

Great stuff Trace! Great to see Cousy's XRC in that lot too and in decent condition too. That suffers from what we call double exposure a lot with focus problems that effect the card and colouring. Thats a nice one seperated well too. Great joined Ross as well!

Good luck on the Jack in the box sp's to compete with Don. They aren't easy to find though and its a great set to pickup instead of some of the other more exy ones like khans etc. Similar design to icee bears that you and I love too.

How is that set going? Is it finished yet??

And 57 topps is the best set of all time! Nice cards.

Great mailday and congrats on the loot. Been waiting for this post and it was WELL worth it!

Great vintage lot, and the psa 8 and better look great together - pretty amazing for 1960's

Its a great grade but these would of been uncirculated cards similar to icee bear ones that weren't handed out during the promotion at the time. Its made it cheaper and easier for us vintage collectors to pick them up these days compared to if they all came via collectors from the time. So the grades are more about centering and printing issues than the card iteself as it should't of really suffered at all.

I was very happy to pick the Cousy up as it was the big one for the Ross set,
what do you think the Cousy would grade?
I know the SP's are hard to find for the Jack box set and can get exy(very exy) so I dont like my chances... but you never know what show's up sometime that I might have a shot at....probably wishful thinking on my half....LOL
Don has all PSA 9's his doing better than me.I have no chance with competing with Don. But I am looking at upgrading my set.
I also have a incoming sealed pack of Jack in the Box cards.Do you know if the SP's can be found in these packs or where they given out seperately?

My Icee Bear set is coming along good.Missing the Pistol Pete & Archie still.Once I get them both my set will be completed and then I will slowly get them graded.I have afew that should pull 9's or 10's.
I would like to get my Berks graded first...next submission Hill does for those years I shall get them graded.
I am very happy with this lot of pickups. As for the Kahn's I decide I would collect only one year the year I was born in 64/65 I have 3 of these incomimg.

Thanks for all your nice comments guys

Cheers
