Can anyone tell me whether this is real or not..

I have posted many a thread with what to look for and photos of fake Jordan RC's on here in the past. A quick search should find those threads.

Even with decent scans its hard to tell for some but some stand out. Beware sellers pushing 'this would grade Mint and if graded sell for stacks!'

Why then wouldn't the seller grade it and then cash in themselves????

Coz it wouldn't pass as real thats why.

The time of buying Jordan Rc's ungraded has well and truly past. And thats sad indeed.

yes, i have read that post in the past and also in beckett tips how to point out fake jordan cards.. and 86-87 fleer..

But the seller is selling some other great cards, so i am just a little bit confused.. I am not getting any card from 90s or older unless they are graded...also some famous counterfeit rookie cards and I like PSA grading to vintage cards and pre-90s cards.... it's just that I missed out Leigh (cowboy78)'s auction last month.. the final price was over my range (excess of 750 bucks).. the PSA graded one..:(

Hopefully honesty doesn't come before profit and this listing would last on eBay as they take your money from fees and care little but post a link to one of your auctions here like that and it wont last ;) :thumbsup:
 
Postage costs are a bit ripe too. It certainly does not cost $10 to send 1 card and Registered is not $5 extra!

but this seller is selling very nice cards besides MJ rookie, so i am just a little bit confused... he may or may not know it's fake or not, and i don't know exactly too, i mean, i am not expert in this...


so, i just wanted to know more opinions from fellow members here.

I know it's been discovered as fake/reprint, but am I right in saying:

1 - The orange piece on the "banner" under the Fleer Logo is missing (it's the same colour all the way through).

2 - The Bull on the back has no "eyes".

The card looks really glossy too.
 
Well a pm has been sent about how we aren't happy a member of our community is selling fake cards with private bidding. I can guess the response I'll get already. Maybe there is a reason this card wasn't pimped here to collectors that know what to look for. Maybe Im reading into it too much but thats my view.
