OPt 2.

Quick to load and If i think I have a 06-07 press pass adam morrison GU jockstrap I click an image to see if it is the same one you have.

I'd maybe even break it down into year levels to make it even easier for people looking at it

i like the option one, easy to access...

coz option two, u should use it once u have more than 50% of listed, otherwise, it's really hard to find the cards u have rather than u don't.. just my thoughts...

but i really like the idea of using scripts... with thumbnails, it saves alot of time and space..

i like version 2 better

but what if you made it sort of like vlad's page where you can just click to view the pic in the same window.

I like option 1 however as a thought, could you put your list (option 2) below the photos so that way people can still see how many cards you have or need.

Cheers
matt

I like option 1.

When you start filling those empty links then go with option 2.

Have you tried breaking the pages into years/brands/GU and then having a menu to navigate around your site?

It will make it easier and faster to load.

Have done that with Option 1, there is a NAVBAR across the top with links to each player, then GU, followed by each year :)

i like the idea of option 1 with the image on the same page like Vlad's page, might work on that idea....

they both have their pros and cons... howabout in each link in navbar.... include an option for the list... that way... the viewer has a choice.

Just a thought.

Me i prefer the scan em and throw them in the bucket solution lol

To be honest Matty, I'd say use both...

I like seeing the scans all at once, sometimes it's easier to identify a card by looking at it, rather than looking through a list.

And on the other hand, the lists are sweet, because as you say, you can see how it's going, and what you need.

So yeah, I'd use both.
1 as checklist, the other as your collection (2 sections).

So how did u vote? lol...

Thats actually a pretty good idea..

I didnt vote mate.

Like have one section call it Wantlist, and have your Collection in another section?

That way people can check what you have/want in one place and see what you have in another section.

I voted for option 2 but I agree that both are good. I use both types to display cards on my site.

With option 2 you should code the site so the card appears in the page on the right side; there is a lot of empty space there.

I like Option 1, perhaps with smaller thumbnails and with links that lead to a new page with a larger image of the front and the back of the card. Option 2 is fine but I always get lost reading long lists like that..

I like the presentation of option 1, but I got Broadband and can download the pics quick (when net's not playing up). If I had slow broadband, DL limit or snail-net, then I would go with option 2.
