As some know, I'm in the process of re-scanning my entire PC.

Im in a bit of a boggle, in that I'm not sure if I should include scans of the backs of the cards too..

With some cards, like Reflections, they have GU/Autos on both the front and back surfaces, which would look really cool together.

Can you check out this page, and let me know what you think please.

Cheers

Scotty

Reckon you do both when the back is relevant such as when your numbering the there xx/yy or when its a double sided card like Reflections.

I'd just go for the front, unless there is something of interest on the back. Alot of the times when I look through peoples cards i just skip straight over the back if they have it.

I wouldn't waste your time scanning all that it would take forever.

Totally agree with above - I only scan the back if the jersey number is on it....or it has another player on the back...

I scan both sides regardless, to view in my Application I wrote.

I was just wondering what people's thoughts were for displaying on my website.

I should have asked what people thought looked better.

Front only for me.

Unless special numbering or other players are on the back. Or something you really want to show.
However, showing front and back is always cool. But takes much time.

For my personal database I scan both the front and the back. However in my gallery I only display the front of the card.

Cheers

if your gonna scan the back for the numbered you'll have to do it for all otherwise it'll look wierd imo

gotta be one or the other no in between

Thanks Col. That's my intentions. One or the other, not both.

Just wondering what people's thoughts were on seeing Front/Back scans in a PC, if it looked "cool" or not.

I say do both sides, like Col said if you do front and back for specific cards only, the others will feel left out. Plus it's cool to see the backs as well, the certification is sometimes interesting. Plus some older unnumbered Topps gu cards have that cute little hologram on them  Front n back!

Thanks Trav!

I came to a boggle with the COAs that come separately with some cards, but decided to just leave them unscanned. Don't need to see them.
