Was in town working today. Once I got out of work, I headed to the card shop in town. Today I decided on a 06-07 Topps Finest Mini Box here are scans of the results enjoy:

Yup if anyone can post here of how to do that, I would appreciate it.

After you scan the cards, you can open them with anything (Photoshop, or Microsoft Photo Viewer) and edit the image size (resize).

Or photobucket has the option to edit any uploaded picture, from the edit link there is a resize tab that gives four options, message board size (640 x 480) works well.
