Negative or at least Neutral?

Got a package the other day and Aus post had to repackage the card as they seller only used a paper envelope which had been shredded. Card was still in fine condition due to the holder.

Thoughts?

Did they list the card as being sent by white envelope?

If it was on eBay then I wouldn't leave a negative unless you asked about the postage method and they stipulated bubble mailer, if it was a trade from here and you hadn't agreed upon a white envelope then I would say negative.

Good idea, probably not worth the trouble if the card wasn't damaged.

I'd leave a neutral, with a firm message.
