Just wondering what these went for pre-sale.

The reason I ask is I just paid $240 for a box with free postage. Ebay takes 14%. How can the seller make any money? They are getting less than $200 for the box after fees and postage. Hope it's all legit. Generally not keen to go outside hobby shops but none have any in stock as far as I could see.

The seller would have paid wholesale price. Not sure what that is but you rest assured it is substantially less than retail.

Also, seller would likely have an eBay shop where fees are much lower (less than 5%).

I am sure you purchased a legit product and the seller is making $$.

Didn't factor in wholesale and didn't know ebay fees could be as low as 5%.
