I think your pretty safe about selling your body parts.It,s your Michael Jordan cards I would be worried about.
I would wager Blaize is more likely to be a Traders 2025 Rising Star, I’m afraid.
The cutoff has to be by round 3-4. Last year TLA went back to rd26 2022 to pull out Eddie Blacker for the Panthers, because Turuva was the only potential young gun rounds 1-4. By round 5-6 Lindsey Smith and Zac Hosking would have been options, but alas. We got stuck with an sig card of a one game wonder.
It’s a shame they only did those Future Focus cards in 2020. Was a nice way to get a quick rookie card and not have to wait until a couple sets later.
I would like to see a Rising Star auto in S1 Traders (instead of Authentics), higher numbered so quite easy to get and a lower numbered YG signature in a S2 Traders.
Leave LS in Elite and have another themed signature set. For example, a Clutch King signature set but actually researched to cover a particular ‘clutch’ moment for that player.
S2 Traders should also contain 9 different base cards to S1

Does anybody miss the Gold ink on the black

Player In Focus I think is the perfect avenue for these miracle plays, unfortunately they blundered it with horrible cropping, removing any aspect of spectacle. Generally I’ve found the PIF card designs to be far superior to the Traders/Elite base concepts. I would love to see the 2021PIF card as a base design.
While on Traders S2 ideas, it would also allow getting dally m winners from previous years in an earlier set. I love that the dally ms are recorded in cards, but ludicrous that honours from the previous October are released following August.
But my biggest insert annoyance is that almost every other set has to represent every club. Give me a five card set of best players of year, best 7 halfbacks, the top 9 fullbacks. I know, TLA prob couldn’t be trusted to rank players, but make it more of an accomplishment for a player to be featured in a prestigious set. Rather than here’s a set of every team’s playmakers:
