Did you use a P.O. Box you need to change your address to a physical address . I had to change it when I paid I thought I had changed my default to my physical address but it brought up my P.O. Box lucky I checked. I much prefer my P.O. Box as I am not always home to sign for items

Additionally if you do make more than one order - not saying anyone has (and I assume this info is likely, don’t know for actual fact) but when you procure from your home wifi or network your egress is the same IP address (what the internet sees looking at you as the source). Can be on your phone and your computer and you can put completely different details in, name, address, credit card etc - but the order comes from the same IP address - so this might set alarm bells off - again dont know for fact.

Have no idea how bots get around it. Likely lots of different compute instances in the public cloud across multiple regions..

A mate of mine purchased a box off eBay, the seller then cancelled the order and relisted it for $50 more. Disgusting.
