hey guys,i had this pointed out to me by another member,he thought it would look good in my pc,and it would,i have already won this card,and ive emailed him so many times asking to send me an invoice so i can pay him,he hasnt answered me,and he has not left a neg either

I assume you have started a dispute on the item? If that hasn't worked then send out a few emails to different parts of ebay to get their attention.
 
Win it again with some ludicrous amount, so nobody else can win it! Probably better to contact ebay, they should take down the new listing (and strike him) especially if you send them the emails/messages you have sent to this guy asking for payment details. Strike him out!
 
sorry mate, but you have nothing to fall back on.....................his add does not say he ship's to australia................it says u.s and canada only:( .

i would suggest contact ebay and show them the emails you have sent:) also check his feedback as even some of the positive feedbacks say something about "no contact" or "seller took a month just to send card", but he does have a fare few negs for no contact or long delivery time, yet he blames all of them on the buyer's:rolleyes:

if you do want to bid on it again, i can get a family member in the states to bid for you,you can just transfer the paypal$$$$ to them and they can send it to you:)
 
That blows - I think this happens a fair bit - u MUST be able to do something about it otherwise what's the point of legal auctions when the seller can just pull out of them and relist? Surely with the support of your emails ebay will back u on this and nail his ass.

By the way - nice id....
 
One thing I'd be doing, is posting it all over the "other" forums too.

The more you get the word out, the more likely you are to run into them, and someone who knows them...

It'll only piss them off, but there's no excuse for ignorance like that when it comes to selling.

Oh and don't waste your time with Ebay, they won't waste theirs...
 
Thought you guys might like to read this. I decided I'd test the water and see what I could do in terms of get info. I wrote this:

Wanted to know if you would ship to me in Australia? I can let you know shipping costs.

Also, just curious, I saw an auction for this card end about a month ago! (was so bummed that I had missed it!) What happened? It's back!
