Rugby league week. Gone.

moving house at the moment and came across about 50 issues from 1974 to 1977 including yearly photo editions, great reading and great memories. It certainly was THE Rugby League magazine.

Got a couple of days off before the Long Weekend and clearing up some storage space in the roof came across boxes of RLW's. Told the missus I got heaps done up there but actually spent most of the day flicking through old issues. Just hope she doesn't go up for a look see before I can actually do anything.
Maybe I can focus tomorrow?

Muzz, have a better look next visit, you may even find some cards in boxes, I found some in a game box I had forgotten about for eons.

Mine are all more recent issues, full colour covers, probably the earliest are mid 90's. No cards up there though, sure about that.
Had a very relaxing day though, with my RLW memories.

Muz, I have to go thru some of mine in the garage 1 day, there are about 100 I would say and a pile of old big leagues about 2 ft tall and a pile of english ones and rugby league news.

I am looking at the following 1976 Big League issues if anyone has and is willing to sell. i am trying to get a set together for my son who is an avid League follower from yesteryear.The condition needs to be very good+, no rips, creases, pen marks and pin-ups intact. A few scuffs near the spine is OK and expected due to age. i have been building the set via Ebay and pay on average $15 - $25 an issue) and have 8 issue to go

issue 2 - Allan McMahon (Balmain) pin-up
issue 4 - Mal Reilly (Manly) pin-up
issue 8 - Greg Pierce (Cronulla) pin-up
issue 9 - Tom Raudonikas (Wests) and Terry Randall (Manly) pin-up
issue 14 - Wests Team pin-up
issue 15 - Cronulla Team pin-up
issue 16 - Parramatta Team pin-up
issue 31 - Bob Fulton (Manly) and Neville Glover (Parramatta) pin-up
