Well, there's still the proverbial mountain of cards to backscan and unfortunately my scanner is on the blink. So now is as good a time as any to whack together a small mailday of some dunk champs I had scanned in earlier...

Kobe Bryant High Flyers - just love the look of this insert, nothing special but nice big gold lettering and action pics.


Blake Griffin Teal Crusade /249 - another great design which imo has really gone down hill in recent releases.


Jason Richardson Sky High /99 - another nice design with the 'cloudy' background, not sure about the purple-ishness of it all though. ...and Jason Richardson in a Sixers jersey just doesn't look right.


Josh Smith Excalibur /10 - J-Smoove has a few ragged edges lately....blame it on that move to Detroit!


Terrence Ross Prestige /149 - Nice big auto on this card, would have been even better if he had a decent sig! Hard to imagine this is the same bloke he went off for 51 a season or two ago.


Spub Webb Excalibur - Everybody loves the little engine that could! I think I can, I think I can.... Just imagine if he grew to 6'7'!


...and now finishing with the obligatory GU!

Kobe Bryant Memorable Memorabilia /299 - Decent sized swatch on a decent card itha decent player on it!



Michael Jordan Tripel Dimensions GU /499 - it's been a while between anything MJ for me but stoked to have this nice little bit of 'Wizardry' in the collection!

I'm trying to cut back (or sell) the Slam Dunk Champs PC - only pick up the occasional insert and for one insert it;s not really worth the cost of postage. High Flyers is a nice series though for sure.

I think the Wizards jersey actually suits the blue background of the card, plus the action pic looks like he's trying to jump over or around the 3-D logo

I think my dunk chasing days are done mate - only picking up the odd bargain card here or there that catches my eye

I don't mind his Wizards stuff at all, I even have a fair share of his Barons / White Sox cards! No rings with the Wiz but that was hardly likely when you draft Kwame Brown #1 overall....and are starting a 39yo at the same time.

Whitney is the guy you should be PCing, pretty sure he had a few newish release cards with autos!
