Another interesting jersey card?

Ok call me pedantic and sure errors do happen, but does the jersey piece on the left of this card look right?

I didn't think that Magic wore the newer style of jersey thats common for most teams these days, sure the 2 pieces to the right of it look fine, but the one on the left just doesnt seem right?

Any thoughts?

maybe he wore it while signing the card??? Does it say event worn or game worn?

it's very rare that topps release autos without numbering this season...
