I love Toby Talbot

The guy that delivers bread to my workplace has a trotter, he told me to have a few $ each way as it should run a good race...I said whats a few $ ? 10...50? he said no like $2....lol
So I had $5 each way on Him and he just won and paid a lazy $47.90 win and $7.50 the place rofl.......unbelievable.

Shoes, had a similar story with a guy here at work.

He had a greyhound that was racing at Dapto which he assured us was a sure thing to win.

The poor animal had been racing previously on a diet of Jim Beam and other nasty foods and kept running last.

Why was he so confident?

Well it hadnt raced for 2 weeks and for that period of time it had been living on a diet of coffee and red bull.

I had $25 on the nose and it paid $340 in total ($13.70) for the win.

For the record, the dog won by many, many lengths.

Im quittin for the day I've turned a $10 bet on the Wasps (rugby) to win by 13+ which they did with 2 mins left in the game after trailing 13-0 (ended up on a 30-0 run and won 30-13 no idea how ) turned that collect into $550 with Toby Talbot and a few other place bets. Best i quit while im ahead and buy some wax on sunday at card show and bust a few here. what a great day im considering calling sick for work I think I've earned a night on the couch.

You being serious? Damn dont let the stewards find out, they do random drug tests and stuff and look for illegal substances. Caffine is pretty high on that list... tell ya mate to be careful champ.

Yep this was a few years ago and at the time, they had a lotto style draw after the race to pick out a number and the Dog with the corresponding number got tested. Lets just say we collected the money fairly quickly after the race
