Past and Present
I've had a good run with these pulling Kevin Love and Kevin Durant on-card autos recently. More average this time around. Still another nice on-card auto, Spudd Webb this time. The rookie autos were not bad, not exactly Kyrie or AD, but certainly better than Royce White and Jan Vesely.
Still haven't pulled any autos from the non-rookie base set.
Revolution
I like the simplicity of what's mainly a base set with variants. And the on-card autos are fantastic (and from a great list of players). Kobe is a base card, Richaun Holmes is to /100. The KAT nova is nice, and I was lucky to pull an auto of Tony Parker.
Timeless Treasures
One of the low points of the break here. I like the on-card Timeless Signatures set, but managed to pull one of the very few I already have.
Classics
3 autos is one more than normal I think. These weren't amazing, but I am collecting the set and didn't have Stephenson's auto so I was happy with that. Also a (tiny) prime patch of Yi Yianlian to /25, don't see that everyday!
Crusade
Hill to /25. That's about all there is to say.
Court Kings
I like the rookie base variants in this set. I am also chasing the Ruby portraits and Art Nouveau set (had Ennis Prime already). I pull a lot of the Sketches and Swatches, which isn't bad, plus I tend to pull fairly low numbered ones (Manning is to /35).
Hoops
Probably one of the more fun things to bust. Brings back memories. Plus, there are a few nice cards here, the Road to the Finals set for example, which is a set I'm slowly trying to piece together. Shame about the autos in this box.
Retro
Closing in on that MJ auto. This time it was baby Jordan and one of MJ's best teammates, Dennis Rodman!
It was fun! Probably another 6 months until next time.
