What are some super rare non numbered inserts?

I love me some super rare non-numbered inserts and i know there are plenty out there that i don't know about.

My favorites are the 97/98 UD Game Dated Memorable Moments (1:1,800) and 04/05 Upper Deck Flight Team Rainbow (1:45,000 supposedly) and more recently the Innovation Stained Glass light blue (only 20 made per player).

What are some of yours? Feel free to show off some that you have too!
