Blowout shilling ebay auctions?

Only seen this one example which looks suss but anyone seen other examples or been suspicious in the past??

Bidder with 248 feedback has 13% activity with seller. Not suss in itself but when that sample size is over 2600 bids in last 30 days???? So they bid 350 times with that seller in the last month. What do you guys think?

I've seen a few of their auctions and I've had gut feelings. Nothing concrete, but I always query low-end auctions that have few bidders and multiple bids...

He had the highest bid, then put another 8 higher bids in, but it won't show any higher than the winning bid

For an $11 card though? Seems like strange behaviour.
