Lamar Odom is said to be fighting for his life after falling unconscious while visiting a brothel in Nevada.

According to TMZ, the professional basketball player was at Dennis Hoff's Love Ranch South in Pahrump when the incident happened on Tuesday afternoon.

The 35-year-old, according to a source, had been partying with girls there since Saturday.

'It's not good,' said a source.

He was discovered in his room unconscious by one of the women who immediately called for a manager, who turned the basketball player over and discovered 'mucus-type liquid coming out of his nose and mouth.'

Khloe Kardashian's ex had reportedly been taking an herbal Viagra substitute.

He was taken by ambulance to Pahrump hospital, where doctors intubated him which is usually an indication he could not breathe on his own.

He is being airlifted to Las Vegas for more treatment.

I've just read that he apparently took 10 in one hit. However his old man is saying that he was drugged. This whole thing is messy.

I recieved tonight in the mail a very rare lamar odom card I've been waiting 7 weeks for from Europe, bit of a bummer - today of all days :(
 
Not by the last reports I've seen and I've been all over it all day on the interwebs. There's been a fake Twitter account made pretending to be the hospital claiming it and a fake TMZ claiming it.

Lungs, Kidneys and heart are failing, is brain dead and needs a machine to breathe for him. Kobe has gone to Vegas to be at the hospital - word is to say goodbye however I'm yet to see that as the specific being the reason from a solid source. Odom's publicists saying don't believe anything unless it comes from them.

Lamars father blames the Kardashian's. The Kardashian's are likely going to use all this in their next season.

I've been rather vocal on social media in my support of LO, which actually travelled all the way to NYC to his friends who in turn thanked me in PM.

ESPN's Ramona shelbourne earlier said that he's not out of the woods yet, not by a long shot - however he showed some signs of progress.

Essentially, depending on how long he was unconscious will dictate the extent of brain damage. A very realistic outcome could be that he winds up being in a vegetable state.
 
I too have been on IG giving the nay sayers a piece of my mind. Some people are just unbelievable. Hope to see him make a speedy recovery, thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.

Updates this morning are that LO has continued to deteriorate. Word broke last night that he squeezed Kim Kardashians hand (perfect story for TV, right?). Doctors have said this morning it was an involuntary body movement.
