I agree, I was surprised, because they never really put Hawthorn away and we played crap.... that was what kept me from tipping them... but they most certainly looked more impressive this week.

Lucky win today Brett (for the Swans), Barry Hall looks gone for the season from what I saw. It's very similar to how I damaged my ACL the first time but they are saying it is only a medial ligament - I doubt it !

Hall's not a girl though Richo....take a tea spoon of cement and harden up mate

I heard it was only a level 1-2 tear...they are saying he might only be out for 1-2 weeks.

Either way it is good news for the lions next week!

Mate - I see your point (lol) but I have had 2 knee recons & two knee clean-outs from cartidge tears so I do have a good background knowledge of knee injuries

As for 1-2 weeks - Yeag right ! There is NO WAY they can determine the extent of the injury without an MRI so the true time out of the game won't be known for a week or so when they release the results.

The Lions look the goods at the moment, They are a BIG chance next week but my money woul be on the Swans !
