Actually, I had not considered that but it does make sense. I can see this happening.Brook Lopez will end up back under Kidd in Milwaukee, after the salary dump of Ilyasova

I think they will be looking to make a move, maybe bundle a few of those picks they have together to move up.cant wait for it as well , birthday present for me every year lol hope celtics make some moves on draft night
Lol, I love the "this kid has a 10 foot wingspan so he's going to be a star" quotes from the "expert" commentators.Highly interested in the day - sounds like you have a good setup for it though lol!
Really interested in new ways the analysts can come up with to say upside wingspan and motor
Would be the best drinking game - can't lose lol
That's a really interesting point. The draft could actually be quite telling if the rumours are true or not.1. Wolves - Towns
2. Lakers - Russell
3. 76ers - Okafor (If Embid does miss next year with that foot)
4 Knicks- Mudiay
5. Magic - Porzingis
To be honest I think they drafted Embiid in the hope that if Noel had these issues, they had a backup and if both were fine then trade one of their assets later - buying low and selling high. Noel looks to have recovered no problem, and they still have Dario Saric stashed in Europe (PF). So I think they'd be crazy drafting big again. That's a really interesting point. I agree with you in part Josh. Everyone seems to forget they have Saric stashed. There's no way they go big this draft. I laugh at all the stories linking them to Porzingis. They need a PG! Pretty sure they'd have their heart set on Russell, but I have a feeling he'll be gone so I reckon they take Mudiay. To be honest I think they drafted Embiid in the hope that if Noel had these issues, they had a backup and if both were fine then trade one of their assets later - buying low and selling high. However, alarm bells begin to ring about Embiid around Xmas when stories of how hard he was to work with begin to surface and then of how much weight he'd put on. I don't think he has the drive or determination to be great now that he's got his pay checks and will be a bust - eddy curry 2.0
