Oohhh and while your at it, even though I follow Qld and NSW deserved to win. JT was by far the best player on that field last night. His kick chase game, his running to the line and his defense was the best by far even on a losing side he should have been man of the match.

The problem with people like Gus Gould, Buzz Rothfield, Paul Kent...they whinge until something is changed - using the video ref. The when the video ref is used for everything because the refs are now damned in they do, damned if they don't - they whinge that all the stoppages detract from the game.

Plain stupid remark he was on the ground so he "arrogantly passed" to Billy Slater who was standing up and running. Was he suppose to humbly sit on the ground with the ball and get tackled.

they also can't handle the change in the rules from when they were playing. if you can handle it you shouldn't commentate

Gould is an idiot and so is Ray Warren, time to move these 2 on. Gould is always blaming the attacking player when the oppostion strip the ball or punch it out, which is what they intend to do in the tackle.
I am really over him and his bias, he is detrimental to the game and the audience.
JT man of the match, come on be real, sounds like wally years ago when they lost.
Refereeing is still very poor IMO.

It was a great game to watch, QLD certainly missed Cronk, that was so obvious, and NSW finally learnt about kicking away from Billy.

I think Pearce did lose the ball. It wasn't a loose carry but as he stepped inside Morgan the ball got knocked out unintentionally by the contact . I agree with the no try ruling though, Myles clearly got a touch before GI grabbed it. The ruling IMO should have been Pearce knock on into Myles and scrum QLD.

Gould is painful in commentary / Rabbits is a great caller but would be better if it didn't get involved with Gus' crap all the time.

Woods was best on ground, JT next, Jennings probably 3 with a special mention to Klemmer and his passion.

I laugh at how loyal Qlders are wanting to get rid of DCE already, I remember when the Cronk & JT partnership wasn't working either, give it time I say.
