3/4 of NZ test team spine at warriors if Luke signs, could be a good 2016 for them

The Kiwi thing is very important to those boys and They're on the cusp of 10 years of domination...
Isaac is a big part of that and I can see him wanting to move home to see it all through. - Good on them....

I have also seen rumors here the Sea Eagles are the "front runners" to have signed Nate Myles and are bring Darcy Lussick back to the team. Does anyone know if there is much truth to these?

Good for the game I think. It was great to see how well PNG stood up to Fiji who had so many NRL players. Theur inclusion in the Q Cup has been great for their international team

Any footy for anyone is a good thing... They want to include Fiji In the NSW cup next year (Or something)
I believe they should be in Q Cup. NSW Cup is a big step backwards... Half the NRL teams couldn't care less about 2nd tier.
And it's very poorly supported (Unless Newtown are doing well)
Q Cup would be a far better comp for them... And it's closer!!

Titans were rumoured in April to have signed Lussick so be interesting to see where he goes

A decade of dominance from the Warrior's is something I don't expect to see in my lifetime, they will still be unpredictable, inconsistent and find ways to loose the unlosable. They have been on the cusp now for 20 years and I expect this to continue.

On a side note the Dragons had signed Cameron McInnes, but has reneged on the deal after Luke signed for Warriors, shame as he looks likely.

I'm not talking about the Warriors....
I'm talking about the Kiwis.
- Might want to browse over the cattle they're NOT using...
They're outmatching us now, And we're about to loose 3/4 of our best players. (At least 2 immortals)
Anyone who thinks we will go with them for the next crop of players is dreaming.
- They best us at the moment in most positions.

There is not much depth to the team though. Behind Foran and Johnson, there is very little depth in the halves. And behind Luke, hooker is not very strong either.

Oh yeah the Kiwi's certainly have the wood on us at the moment but still a decade of dominance is a big call, we just need to move on our dead wood and we'll be competitive again.

Didn't really think of that, But the same could be said about Australia. Behind Thurston, Cronk Smith and Slater..
That's a lot to replace. Without Smith alone the team would struggle...

I can't see much stock coming through to be honest. DCE is overated, Friend is OK, Gringlis at FB is off or on, JT is irreplaceable... Woods etc. don't have what Matt Scott has when he's on...
The Kiwis are impressive... Bromwich, Harris, Proctor all reasonably young...

I agree with you on DCE being overrated, although he does seem to play better when Foran isn't next to him! But at least there is still Ben Hunt also who I think is a great upcoming half. Hooker there is still Friend and Segeyaro straight off the bat I can think off, where NZ has Leuluai who is not really a spring chicken himself (not to mention average at best in my opinion!).

As long as Johnson, Foran and Luke can stay healthy I think they will be the spine for NZ for the next 5 years at least and will be only growing together, especially if they can get some more tests together. This is why I think Aussie has been so dominant for so long as because JT, Cronk, Smith and Slater have played together so much, they have that combination settled.

Was gunna post this a few weeks ago but been really busy. Jamie Lyon to retire at season's end. Really sick of the shenanigans at Manly according to a client of mine that is close to them

Klemmer to 18th man after his first time starting 4 the dogs last week. Is Dessie trying to save him from origin selection in a bid to keep his pack together and get the Dogs season back on track????

It is strange he has left Klemmer out, surely Klemmer is better than Browne

On the Tigers Forum is suggests that Lewis Brown from the Panthers is a done deal for next year, and IF Lyon leaves Manly I reckon he'll either go back to St Helens or most likely Le Catalans.
