I know MJ used to get a lot of calls go his way and LeBron is the same.

These were all missed in the last quarter and the commentators agreed on each one.

Lebron fouls Butler on a 3 by whacking him in the head. No call.

Lebron fouls rose with 8 seconds left and they call no foul.

Goaltending where it shows Roses layup hit backboard before being swatted. no call.

I know refs will miss some and make mistakes but i was going out of my mind and all i could think about was Sacramento/L.A.

Betting agencies were giving 2 to 1 that Clippers win, so his bet offer was crap :) Houston had a slim outside chance with CP3 out initially but they're well and truly stuffed with him in the lineup. What I am extremely surprised at is that Cleveland and Hawks are down in their series, the Hawks even more so with John Wall out, you would THINK they wouldn't have been down 20 points in the fourth.

I knew it was a bad offer, but to be honest, I am glad Clippers are beating Houston. I know I don't like the team, but I have found myself rooting against Houston more

To be fair, people notice EVERY no-call on Lebron, but not on other players. There will be more scrutiny when you're the best player in the world.

Also,
For goaltending to be called, the ref has to think the ball "had a chance" to go in. I could see Rose's shot wasn't going in. In fact I don't think it would have even hit the rim. Maybe they thought that too??
 
Another cracker of a game this morning with the Cavs getting the huge win on the road. Once again a buzzer beater, this time from LBJ. 1.9 seconds to go, jump shot and net.

Poor defence from Butler imo. If you watch the replay, he loses LBJ momentarily and, bang, open shot.

Apparently: "I'ma get open, just get me the ball. I'm going to win this for us." —@KingJames on the final shot, a game-winning 2 from the corner

Looks like we are going to see a 7 game series :)

I think a lot of calls got missed on both ends and the whistle was swallowed and that they were all pretty much allowed to play through it!! like Adam said everyone scrutinizes Lebron....
 
Is it just me or does anyone else think the Warriors could be done in the playoffs? down 2-1, I know its possible to come back, but I believe Memphis have their number and seem to be bullying them and I think the warriors lake of size is showing especially on the glass and Gasol and Randolph seem to be getting easy shots...Thompson isn't getting freed up enough and needs more shots and I reckon Curry is forcing to much rather than the game coming to him...Memphis/Clippers western conference finals coming up I think!!! also does anyone know if Wall is done for the rest of the playoffs? I assume he is...
 
Wow, what a ridiculous Rockets game. Over 3 hours and I was bored well and truely into the first quarter when the hacking started about 3 minutes in.

Just let them play, a clear examply that hacking doesn't lead to winning but irritates so many fans, commentators, players, new fans coming in to watch the game. If you did that in the NBA grand final I can imagine it wouldn't get great coverage around the world.

GSW looking a bit shakey also, I think they will bounce back against Memphis but it is looking like a Memphis and Clippers Conference Final at this stage.
How long can Lebron keep digging the Cav's out of a whole.
That's my little rant
 
How about those Clips though? Legit team as I thought, horrible match up for the Spurs but I'm glad they're making short work of HOU. I can't stand Dwight.

A Clips/Memphis Conf Finals would be a tough one to pick, but I'll be hoping Memphis can take care of GS and then LAC.

Spewing CHI lost, even though there seemed to be some horrible calls, blame CHI for being too tentative at times. There was just no killer instinct there.

I know you said they were playing great at end of season, which they were, as were Houston, but I'm amazed at how they've stepped it up. Not fussed if they take out Houston just hope they don't make it past next round. This FT volume is insane.

Match ups are always so crucial and I didn't like that Kawhi had nobody to stop in that series (Barnes you'll live with his shots and Griff was too much to handle).

But I just figured it was about time Chris Paul did something. Plus Doc is still one of the better coaches around and the Clips are athletic, but I think HOU were always gonna lose. I'm actually annoyed I didn't bet Adam and I had a mate that wanted to take Houston over LAC:)
Damn it.

I'd certainly hope Gasol would be the difference make in that series. He should destroy DeAndre. But hopefully MEM finish off GS first.
 
GO CLIPS!!! C'mon guys be happy for me, do you know how many disappointing seasons I've had to sit through lol. Can't believe the depth of their bench has just doubled overnight as well... unbelievable. Would be a shame for GSW to get beaten given their season but Memphis are tough and I can see them being favourites to win it all should they get through. Really exciting postseason with new contenders, best it has been in years imo.

I hope Warriors get through I'd much rather watch them that Grizz though. Clippers v Warriors I'd at least watch - Grizz v Clippers I'd just look at box scores lol

Then you should hang your head in shame as a basketball fan I'm sorry Matt:) ha ha.

The Grizz defense is a thing of beauty. They're in synch and showing up a team that had an incredible offense. They're literally suffocating the Warriors. T. Allen is chasing Klay and Steph around half-court and forcing mistakes. Amazing.

Add to it the big to big passing from Gasol to Z. Bo and the general clutch play of Conley and C. Lee. They're executing at such a high level.

They're starting to really remind me of the 80s Pistons and even the 00s Pistons squads.
