do the Star Wars albums contain a complete set and from what year are they?

The most complete set of star wars is missing 8 tazos. Only 3 of the holographic ones at the back are missing. These were from 1996.

I am after the Star Wars folder hopefully full of not, as long as it comes with all the holograms as they seem to be a pain to find compared to the rest... Also depends what you want for them too
