Ok.
1.I sent out a package with tracking.

2.buyer opens case.

3.buyer wins case because item has not arrived.

4.package arrives 3 weeks late.

5. I appeal case, once tracking said delivered.

6.they say we can't do anything it's usps' fault.

Now buyer has a refund plus the item.

Wtf!!!!

What can I do???
Are they stupid????

I once had someone claim they didnt get a $900 Kobe credentials rc.

Got his money back.

Then tracking showed up delivered a week later.

EBay did nothing.

Then he sold it on his account. Serial numbered and all...

EBay did nothing. They told me to call the police for theft. Yeh right!

So he made $1800 profit on it, and Im $900 down.

Hilarious maybe if it's not you. Even so, it's not me, I've been scammed though and want to drive to this guys house and set him on fire and have the bucket of water just out of reach lol. Clearly knows the loophole and is exploiting it. One day ebay and paypal may do something about it. Probably not though, too hard and making too much money regardless of the issue, which is massive. One day there will be all sellers and no buyers - hopefully!
