ESP have a fairly strict replacement policy and unless the card came from the package damaged or the signature is badly smudged I don't think you will have any luck

Maybe true but if you don't ask you dont get.

fantastic card Mate.
Went to a good home.

ESP refuse to replace my Provan that has a texta mark down the side of the card.
Apparently they have no replacements,So its bad luck if someone pulls a dinged up one out of a pkt.
