getting over Panini's shit...can anyone recommend who or an avenue of contact where I don't get ignored...have so many issues with unredeemed cards...one harden auto is now sitting stagnant for over two years, countless emails to hobby@paniniamercia.net, that net no results...
I also put in a claim for missing hits from my case, got them back after a month after being sent and the total value on them was about $4, the cost of which it cost me to send back the barcodes and receipts etc..so I gained nothing...
anyone else experiencing such crappy service??
 
I found getting replies from posting on their blogs with what redemptions they are fulfilling gets a response from David, but both times after my response, David is yet to get to me again with my request. In fact one I'm awaiting his reply. I'll cut some slack since it was the weekend, but I'm not confident.

I have Cedric Ceballos auto and Monta Ellis auto on the backburner and have requested a Dirk Nowitzki auto since I have had to wait over a combined 3 years for both...
 
can you complain about a case i bought a case of brilliance (cheap i know) 2 boxes had no autos at all and the biggest hit in the case was a /10 stephen curry base

You can open a quality assurance request on their website.

(copied from Panini website) You will need:
A copy of the packing slip provided after the request is submitted
A brief letter of explanation
A copy of the original purchase receipt
Write your ticket number visibly on the outside of the packaging
Ship your items to the address below.
FOR PACK REQUESTS: The empty pack wrapper needs to be mailed in
FOR BOX REQUESTS: The box top with quality assurance number stamp needs to be mailed in
FOR CASE REQUESTS: Cut out of the case UPC code and case shipping label needs to be mailed in
 
Try logging a new "General Information" request on their site. Say "following up on ticket XYZ" and you might get a response.

I've been waiting on a 5 cards for over a total of 49 months all up (one card over 16 months alone).

Chris Paul only just signed some autos from 2011 Panini Limited in January this year!!
 
I currently have 112 open redemptions dating back to 2012 I emailed and asked for replacement redemptions and still have not received a single card
 
Yeah think I have about 20 in there still redeemed and dating back to Early 2012.
James Harden's redemption are painfully slow now he has become more of a figure. Which it makes it frustrating considering he is that main guy I collect.

I just received today in the mail from Panini, I think its a win anyway...

original card dating back about 14 months--james harden absolute hoopla auto /99

what they replaced it with--Russell westbrook threads die cut jersey auto /49 away and die cut jersey auto /49 home!!! pretty happy with 2 for 1 and got value there!!

Yeah I would be happy at that.
I complained and complained about a 2012-13 Absolute Jersey auto numbered to /49 and they replaced it with James Harden 2012-13 Threads singlet auto unnumbered. I all ready had this card but asked not to replace with this card as I all ready had it. Didn't think they would listen.

2013-14 Night moves jersey auto
All waiting to be filled
