I busted a box of 2014 Elite today and pulled a Corey Parker League Sensation. The card is marked above the 'C' in his signature and there is a dirty mark also in the signature box.

Would ESP exchange this card?

Well similar although i think my sutton was slightly worse (see attached pic) and they replaced it. Just be prepared it isn't a quick process. Sent it back in about September only got new one back last week, but if you got time on your side they prob will.

They will probably replace it but the issues they ESP have had getting replacement signatures renumbered has made the process lengthy.

I did read somewhere else that they was a set timeframe (6 or 12 months from the official release date) during which damaged cards had to be returned for replacement

It says 6 months on the replacement policy. It's just gone 6 months now. I guess I'll just wait for a reply to my email.
