I only ever redeemed one card - Patty Ewing Patch Auto - and I was in contact with the for 2-3 weeks before the sent it, even though they told me it was "in stock" at the time of redeeming. They were adamant too that as I didn't want to pay $30-40 insurance it would be stiff S*** if it didn't arrive.
Which emails are you sending to? I can look back through mine and se who I contacted.

The redemption is a slabbed card (shows a pic upon redemption). They have been replying to my e-mail's with the whole 'how did we missed this redemption, very sorry' lines. But as of 2 weeks ago..I am getting the silent treatment!! This is since July....
Only slightly off topic, with Leaf, if the redemption status is 'Processing', does this mean it is in the process of being sent out? Or still waiting for the signer?
