Any update on this
@hairyangryfella?

What to Do Next
Before 18 February 2015, please provide documentation to confirm the returned merchandise is damaged.
(The item is not damaged, it's just not two NBA jerseys!)
This documentation should be from an unbiased third party (such as a dealer or repair shop) and should detail the extent of the damage. This third party should be someone who is qualified to appraise the merchandise.
(Oh yeah, there are plenty of NBA jersey experts around here, NOT!!!!)
The information should be on letterhead that includes the name, address, and phone number of the appraiser so that we may contact them if we require additional information.
Please do not proceed with any repairs or alterations to the merchandise until the appeal has been decided.
Supplying Your Documents to PayPal
Unfortunately, we cannot accept email attachments.
(Ok well the case was closed a long time ago so I can't get it to you)
If the upload feature is available in your PayPal account, we encourage you to upload your documents, as it's usually the quickest way for us to receive and review your information.
Here's how to upload your information:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Resolution Center near the top of the page.
- Click Resolve under Action next to the item for which you need to provide documentation.
- Follow the instructions to upload the files.
- Click Send Files to PayPal.
You can also fax the documents to PayPal at (402) 537-5760 (please note this is a United States phone number, if you are faxing from outside the United States, you will probably need to dial 00 1 before the number). The fax needs to include your email address and this case number: PP-003-544-838-435.
If we do not receive your documentation before 18 February 2015, your appeal will be closed. Unfortunately, we are unable to grant extensions to this time period.
(So you give me 8 days to find someone who doesn't exist {an appraiser}, get information to you {only way possible is by fax}, and get this investigated when I CLEARLY outlined everything in my last communication with them)
We cannot reimburse you for any costs you may incur obtaining the requested documentation.
Sincerely,
PayPal
(the most pathetic, idiotic, ridiculous company in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
