Regal Trading Cards Signing Information

Guys, has anyone thought about a swap thread for these cards just so that collectors can get the numbers they were chasing? For example i received mine today and i got 2 x numbers 08/25. I like the look of both cards but i was hoping for both number 05/25 as thats the number i collect. Would anyone be willing to trade the 2 x 5s for my 8s? If not i understand.

Ahhhhh. So now i would have to try and chase down the Dragon's number 05 to get a matching set and this is even if you would like to trade? But the question is unless both collector's with each number 05 is willing to trade it would be pointless for me to break these 08s up?

Also this means that this selection of numbers were distributed to all collector's at random numbers as we all thought that maybe the 1st 10 or so sets would have been sold as paired numbered sets but this can't be the case. Why would you sell paired numbered sets scattered throughout the numbered 25 made and then sell single signature cards the same way (for example number 05 sold as a single)? To be honest i think that their will be no loyalty for buyers/collector's who brought early or even late as the numbers we are receiving are scattered everywhere. It would not surprise me if both number 01s went to a collector that paid up front towards the end of the sale hours after the 1st few cards were sold? To me that's not really fair but who really knows?

I wasn't having a go at you i was just saying that i think the numbers were random at best because i received both number 8s but others received 22s and so on when i know that i was nowhere near 1st in best dressed. I purchased both of my cards 15 hours after the 830am starting point and i just think i didnt really deserve these low numbers if other collector's brought before me? This was definitely not a system of 1st in best dressed?

I have an email from the footycards team indicating that numbers were allocated in order of payments made. The fastest to pay received the lower numbers. Apparently only a few paid via direct debit (me included) and because payment took time to clear we ended up with the higher numbers. So in effect you could have processed your order first and your payment could have cleared last and you would get the #25's.

I also paid via direct debit 15 hours after the 830am starting time and mine would have also needed time to clear? Please explain why i received both number 08s and you received both number 22s then? For me there is no explaining to be done as this clearly shows that the number of all the signature cards were done scattered at best in which was not fair in my opinion.

Don't shoot the messenger dude, just telling you what the email I got said. I paid by direct deposit immediately. Maybe they mixed our orders up. Maybe we should do a swap? lol

I think the scattered numbers were due to the re-stocking from the people who initially ordered more than the allowable 1 card or 1 set. From memory the Changs sold out before 15 minutes had passed. They then became available again

If you randomly got the 05/ cards would you still be crying about the system?
