Rondo is interesting. He rebounds well for a guard, in fact, leading a guards in rebounds (more than LeBron!), but shoots the ball so poorly in this modern age. Everything, his 3 pt shooting, his free throw (33%!), his fg percentages are all bad. On paper, they look good, but so did the Cavs, Miami and Lakers.

PG : Rondo

Thats a scary starting 5 and imho probably #1 in the league, i rate the Blazers as the best starting 5 but after this trade imho its def Mavs now.

Cannot wait to see Rondo put up lobs to Chandler and average a ton of assist per game.

I think Cuban needs to get a whole tonne of credit for what he's accomplished as a GM. He's really shifted the team around in getting the personnel that they have now and moving players to get the Mavs to be as competitive as they can be with Dirk in his final years. Dirk was selfless enough to take a paycut with the intention of being a contender for a title and Cuban has really stepped up to the plate. The Lakers had the same intentions, with the Dwightmare and Nash moves but unfortunately that didn't turn out well and they will be rebuilding while Kobe is winding his career up. Kudos to Cuban.

AD Monster of a game!!! 30 points, 14 rebounds, 5 blocks...in a win against Houston...MVP???
wish it would happen but unless their god dam a good playoff team he will only be in "contention" and nothing more.

Brutal

Giannis Antetokounmpo leaves the game after injuring his left ankle while driving the lane.

So weird too, he like doesn't even try to land on his other foot, just kamikaze's it on his side lol could've broken a rib as well.....

The West is tight but if the Pelicans can somehow climb to about the 4th spot at the end of the season, I think he wins MVP. He's had the most impressive stats of any player this year, and his team is really lacking from any superstar players so he really is the only person carrying the team. I don't think Lebron wins it, his numbers are down across the board and the Cavs have been inconsistent. Steph, Gasol or Harden...stats wise they just are lacking a bit from saying definitively they are a lock for winning MVP in spite of their team's success.

wow go mavs , i think this will be the team to beat come playoffs

Boston got totally screwed in this trade, if Dallas was nice they would have chucked in a big bucket of lube, because when you screw someone this hard you should at the least lubed them up, Danny is an idiot and now really deserved to be fired, apart from lucking out on the garnett and Allen deals what's he done for Boston? They have a bad team, have drafted average, hope Celtic fans enjoyed the winning years because your now 5 years from even a playoff game now lol

I think Ainge will pull something out, still has assets and will find something to get the team back to competitive. But yes, from where they are, it's gonna take a few years

but Rondo was walking at the end of the season anyways, might as well get future picks.
Imho they picked Smart and made their decision so might as well implode the team and tank furthermore.

Just wish Lakers pushed for him abit more but what do we actually have (picks wise) basically 0
